Due to extreme water demand from freezing weather and multiple system pipe breaks, full water service will not be restored until the evening of Wednesday, January 28, 2026. To help preserve system pressure and protect your home plumbing, please allow faucets to run only at a minimal drip if necessary to prevent freezing.

Pay Online
Paying your Hope Water bill online is easy, fast and secure. Visit our bill payment site to pay your bill and also elect to setup automatic payments.
You can make a one-time payment without registering. All you need is your account number from your paper bill.
eCheck payments are accepted online. Our eCheck payment service is free.

There are no convenience fees for eCheck payments.

The maximum payment amount accepted is $1,000. (The maximum payment amount does not apply to autopay customers.) If you need to make a payment of more than $1,000, please schedule multiple eCheck payments. For example, if you would like to make a payment of $1,200 using eCheck, schedule the first payment for $1,000 and the second payment for $200.
Credit card payments are accepted.

Call our office at 623.219.4740 to determine if the service address is in our service area. If the address is in our service area, we will provide you with details of applicable initial service fees such as security deposits and Establishment Fees.

Submit payment of the initial service fees (security deposit and establishment fees, etc.). Payment can be made by calling 623.219.4740.
Upon receipt of the completed Service Agreement Form and payment of initial service fees, service will be established within five business days.

Fill out this Termination of Service Request Form. Please schedule service termination at least three working days in advance.
Please allow three business days from the date of submission for processing. Forms received during regular business hours will be considered received that day. Forms received after 4pm will be considered received the next business day.
